🧺 Ingredients
- Bell peppers — 6 pcs.
- Ground meat — 500 g
- Rice — ½ cup
- Carrot — 1 pc.
- Onion — 1 pc.
- Garlic — optional
- Sour cream — 2 tbsp
- Tomato paste — 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp
- Salt, pepper — to taste
👩🍳 Instructions
- Cook the rice until half done.
- Sauté finely chopped onion and grated carrot in vegetable oil until soft.
- Mix the ground meat, rice, sautéed vegetables, salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.
- Remove the cores from the peppers and fill them with the meat mixture.
- Place stuffed peppers in a pot, mix tomato paste with sour cream, and pour over the peppers.
- Simmer on medium heat for 30–35 minutes with a lid until cooked.
- Serve hot, optionally garnish with fresh herbs.
