🧺 Ingredients

  • Bell peppers — 6 pcs.
  • Ground meat — 500 g
  • Rice — ½ cup
  • Carrot — 1 pc.
  • Onion — 1 pc.
  • Garlic — optional
  • Sour cream — 2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste — 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp
  • Salt, pepper — to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the rice until half done.
  2. Sauté finely chopped onion and grated carrot in vegetable oil until soft.
  3. Mix the ground meat, rice, sautéed vegetables, salt, pepper, and garlic to taste.
  4. Remove the cores from the peppers and fill them with the meat mixture.
  5. Place stuffed peppers in a pot, mix tomato paste with sour cream, and pour over the peppers.
  6. Simmer on medium heat for 30–35 minutes with a lid until cooked.
  7. Serve hot, optionally garnish with fresh herbs.
💡 Tip: For richer flavor, add spices such as paprika or dried basil.
